Some observant may have noticed that many posts have the same date. I have been writing as we go along, and posting when I have the opportunity. We have no internet where we are staying, but we found an internet cafe today, so you get it all at the same time.
We spent a nice day today wandering the streets and relaxing. We found the fresh fish market (lots of eel for sale) and spent the afternoon at the beach. Beautiful day, warm and sunny. We have been out taking photos tonight and stopped to post these items.
Tomorrow is a travel day. Renting a car and driving the 300 km to out next apartment, where we will be for four days. We will have laundy there, which will be nice. We have been hand washing as we go and had ouor laundry done once while in Prague. Sounds indulgent doesn't it? Well, it costs about $23.00 here to wash 2 loads yourself, plus the cost of soap. It cost us $25.00 to have someone else do those 2 loads, so it wasn't rocket science! We went sight seeing while someone else did the labor. However, being able to do our own, without the high cost will be nice. Don't take those modern machines for granted ladies and gentlemen!
